THe European League of Institutes of the Arts, ELIA , founded in 1990, is an independent network of approximately 315 Arts Education Institutes covering all the disciplines of the Arts - Dance, Design, Theatre, Fine Art, Music, Media Arts and Architecture - from 47 countries.
